Returns & Eligibility
You have fourteen (30) calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging and all included materials. Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These include digital products, custom or personalized items, gift cards, sale or clearance items, and pre-orders that have already entered fulfillment. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that shipping timelines may vary and that cancellations must be made before the item is processed or shipped.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
To request a return, exchange, or report an issue, contact us at joshuaguzman.info@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for your request. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued instead.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow five to ten (5–10) business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned in a condition that does not fully meet the eligibility requirements.

Shipping & Cancellations
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
